Form and Gender. Wherever the context of this Agreement requires, the singular includes the plural, the plural the singular, and the masculine the feminine.
Form and Gender. Where the context and circumstances so require, the use of the singular form of a word shall be deemed to include the plural form thereof (and vice versa) and the masculine gender shall be deemed to include the feminine and neuter genders thereof (and vice versa).
