Common use of Forfeiture of Unvested Units Clause in Contracts

Forfeiture of Unvested Units. To the extent any of Sections 4(a) through (f) is applicable to this Award, any Units that do not vest on the applicable vesting date as provided therein shall immediately be forfeited. If your employment terminates prior to the Scheduled Vesting Date under circumstances other than as set forth in Sections 4(b) through (f), all unvested Units shall immediately be forfeited.

Forfeiture of Unvested Units. To the extent any of Sections 4(a) through (fd) is applicable to this Award, any Units that do not vest on the applicable vesting date as provided therein shall immediately be forfeited. If your employment terminates prior to the Scheduled Final Vesting Date under circumstances other than as set forth in Sections 4(b) through (fd), all unvested Units shall immediately be forfeited.

To the extent any of Sections 4(a5(a) through (fc) is applicable to this Award, any Units that do not vest on the applicable vesting date Vesting Date as provided therein shall immediately be forfeited. If your employment Service terminates prior to the Scheduled Vesting Date under circumstances other than as set forth in Sections 4(b5(b) through (fand 5(c), all unvested Units shall immediately be forfeited.

Notwithstanding this forfeiture, you will continue to be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including Exhibit 2.
