Common use of Forfeit Clause in Contracts

Forfeit. The pre-paid housing payment will be forfeited if the student cancels housing after June 1, 2015. Please refer to the section on Cancellation of Contract, section D, regarding refund or forfeiture of housing fees prior to the first official opening day of the residence halls.
