Common use of Foreign Plan Clause in Contracts

Foreign Plan. “Foreign Plan,” when immediately preceded by “BMS,” means a Plan maintained by a member of the BMS Group for the benefit of its employees outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico. When immediately preceded by “▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇,” “Foreign Plan” means a Plan to be established, or that is already established, by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for the benefit of its employees outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
