Foreign Plan Sample Clauses


Foreign Plan when immediately preceded by “Supplier,” means a Plan maintained by Supplier or when immediately preceded by “Spinco,” a Plan maintained by Spinco, in either case for the benefit of Employees who perform services and/or are compensated under a payroll that is administered outside the United States, its territories and possessions, and the District of Columbia.


Foreign Plan “Foreign Plan,” when immediately preceded by “BMS,” means a Plan maintained by a member of the BMS Group for the benefit of its employees outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico. When immediately preceded by “Mead Johnson,” “Foreign Plan” means a Plan to be established, or that is already established, by Mead Johnson for the benefit of its employees outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Foreign Plan. Neither Parent nor any Subsidiary has now, or ever had, any obligation to maintain, sponsor, establish, participate in, or contribute to any plan, program or arrangement for the benefit of any employee, former employee, director of or consultant to Parent or any Subsidiary who performs services outside of the United States.

Foreign Plan or “Foreign Plans” is defined in Section 4.16(g).

Foreign Plan “Foreign Plan,” means a Plan maintained by the Sara Lee Group or the HBI Group for the benefit of their employees outside the U.S.

Foreign Plan “Foreign Plan,” when immediately preceded by “Sara Lee,” means a Plan maintained by the Sara Lee Group for the benefit of its employees outside the U.S. When immediately preceded by “HBI,” “Foreign Plan” means a Plan to be established by HBI for the benefit of its employees outside the U.S.
