Foreign Payments. Royalties based on Net Sales outside of the U.S. shall be payable in the United States in dollars. Dollar amounts shall be calculated in the foreign currency for the country in which sales are recorded and will be translated into dollars as published by the Wall Street Journal on the last business day of the quarter for which such payments are due.
