FOREIGN LAWS. Section 23.1 When required by local/national law, Licensee shall register this Agreement, pay all costs and legal fees connected therewith, and otherwise insure that the local/national laws affecting this Agreement are fully satisfied. Section 23.2 Licensee shall comply with all applicable U.S. laws dealing with the export of technology or technical information.
