Common use of Foreign Contractor Clause in Contracts

Foreign Contractor. If ESCO is not domiciled in or registered to do business in the State of Oregon, ESCO shall promptly provide to the Oregon Department of Revenue and the Secretary of State Corporation Division all information required by those agencies relative to this Design and Construction Contract. ESCO shall demonstrate its legal capacity to perform the work under this Design and Construction Contract in the State of Oregon prior to entering into this Design and Construction Contract.

ESCO shall demonstrate its legal capacity to perform the work services under this Design and Construction Contract Agreement in the State of Oregon prior to entering into executing this Design and Construction ContractAgreement.
