For clarification. notwithstanding clause 4.3, you are not required to pay any Fees under this agreement for any Equipment and/or Services that we are unable to provide as a result of a Force Majeure Event. We will refund to you any Fees that were paid by you in accordance with this agreement for any Equipment and/or Services that we were unable to provide as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
