Common use of For Additional Services Clause in Contracts

For Additional Services. As compensation for the performance of the Additional Services rendered by TRANSYSTEMS under Section 2, CLIENT shall pay TRANSYSTEMS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.4, as follows: Additional Services of TRANSYSTEMS principals and employees engaged directly on the Project and rendered pursuant to Section 2, on the basis of TRANSYSTEMS’ Schedule of Rates and Expenses then in effect.
