Foot Care. The cutting, debridement, trimming, reduction, removal or other care of corns, calluses, flat feet, fallen arches, weak feet, chronic foot strain, dystrophic nails, excrescences, helomas, hyperkeratosis, hypertrophic nails, non-infected ingrown nails, deratomas, keratosis, onychauxis, onychocryptosis, tylomas or symptomatic complaints of the feet. Routine Foot Care also includes orthopedic shoes, and supportive devices for the foot. SAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS. With respect to the treatment of Mental Health Conditions and Substance Use Disorder, means We cannot apply more restrictive non-quantitative limitations or more restrictive quantitative limitations to Mental Health Conditions and Substance Use Disorder, than We apply to substantially all other medical or surgical benefits.
