Fly Ash. 33.9.1 The DBO Contractor, unless otherwise directed by the Owner, shall handle and dispose of all fly ash produced by the facility and ensure that Fly Ash processing is conducted in a manner that precludes fugitive emissions and escape of dust. 33.9.2 The area around the Fly Ash silo must be kept clean at all times and spills must be dealt with immediately. The driver of the Fly Ash truck shall be required to use personal protective equipment during the loading and unloading of Fly Ash to prevent the inhalation of Fly Ash dust and fumes.
