Floor Space Lease. Required for Virtual Collocation only in the instance where CLEC provides its own equipment bay. This rate element provides the monthly lease for the space occupied by CLEC-provided equipment bay, including property taxes and base operating cost without –48 volt DC power. Includes convenience 110 AC, 15 amp electrical outlets provided in accordance with local codes and may not be used to power transmission equipment or –48 volt DC power generating equipment. Also includes maintenance for the leased space; provides for the preventative maintenance (climate controls, filters, fire and life systems and alarms, mechanical systems, standard HVAC); biweekly housekeeping services (sweeping, spot cleaning, trash removal) of Qwest Premises areas surrounding CLEC-provided equipment bay and general repair and maintenance. The Floor Space Lease includes required aisle space on each side of CLEC-provided equipment bay.
