Additional Testing. If, at any time during this Agreement, HYSEQ or DELTAGEN believes an additional test, observation, or analysis not included in the First Pass Phenotypic Analysis, or covered by the Work Plan would be useful to a Project, the Party may submit its proposal to the Steering Committee for the Steering Committee’s approval.
