FLIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM CONSIDERATIONS a. Flight Training: PSA-FTA agrees to provide the flight training services under Federal Aviation Regulations as per Exhibit A. Flight Training services will be conducted at Concord Airport at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Drive, Concord CA 94520. Student understands that all students at PSA-FTA must follow all PSA-FTA Policies and Standard Operating Procedures before accessing any aircraft. A copy of the Policies and Standard Operating Procedures will be delivered to Student at the time of enrollment in the flight training program. Student must acknowledge receipt of the Policies and Standard Operating Procedures in writing and execute the release of liability contained therein before he or she will be allowed access to any aircraft. Student understands that Federal Aviation Regulations supersede all PSA-FTA’s polices & procedures.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Training Costs All costs and expenses incurred by the Contractor in the training of its employees engaged in Petroleum Operations, and such other training as is required by this Agreement.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.
