Duration of Program. This supplemental retirement program shall be available only to those educators who, on or before May 1, 2026, provide to the Superintendent notice of their intent to retire on or before June 30, 2028. For educators who provide a notice of intent to retire after May 1, 2026, this program may or may not be available depending on the terms of succeeding collective bargaining agreements.
Duration of Program. The term of this Agreement begins on <<startdate>> and ends on <<enddate>>. (“Term”).
Duration of Program. The program described herein shall be limited to employees hired between July 1, 2008 and including June 30, 2018. Employees hired on or after July 1, 2018 shall not be eligible for the benefit provided for in this Article X.

Duration of Program. The retirement program set forth in this Section is available for the life of the 2022- 2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement. This program applies only to retirement dates at or after the end of the 2022-23 school term and no later than June 30, 2027.
Duration of Program. NCH will provide Services pursuant to this agreement for a period of one hundred and ninety‐six (196) days each school year. Additional considerations:
a. Summer Football coverage/injury check (June and July) 4 days a week for 3hrs
b. Coverage for middle school athletic events as a determined by Practice Manager/CCPS AC
Duration of Program. Begins on June 15, 2020 and ends on June 20, 2021;
Duration of Program. As the program pacing is different than in the regular classrooms, students should plan on being on ISP for an entire academic year. Parents reserve the right to request placement back into the appropriate in person learning program (Laguna or Analy) at any time and the District will have 5 days to reinstate the student into the appropriate program with a course schedule. The District will not guarantee specific courses, but the student will be placed in appropriate courses to meet the District’s graduation requirements of the Laguna or Analy High School program. Students will earn 5 credits for each semester class completed and passed in ISP. For those classes that are two semesters long, students will be enrolled in both semesters but the second semester due date will be the end of the school year. Variable credits are available and will be assessed by the administrator and/or ISP teacher. .
Duration of Program. This contract will be in effect for a period of five more years. The two institutions will evaluate the progress of the program's development and implement one of the following:
Duration of Program. The GSB will continue to provide their published Open Enrollment Programs until the budget allocated to this program has been expended (the initial budget allocation plus any supplemental amount collected from attendees and any amount reallocated to this program from other programs). When the remaining budgeted amount for the program is less than the cost for the least expensive Open Enrollment Program, the remaining budgeted amount will be reallocated to a different program described in this Exhibit C.
