Flexiform Business. Furniture Ltd, a company incorporated and registered in England with company number 0254212 and registered VAT number 607217951 whose registered office is at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, XX0 0XX (the “Supplier”) (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”). Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalised expressions used in this Award Letter have the same meanings as in the terms and conditions of contract set out in Schedule 1 to this Award Letter (the “Conditions”). Please do not attach any Supplier terms and conditions to this Award Letter as they will not be accepted by UKRI and may delay conclusion of the Agreement. The Agreement is a framework under which UKRI may from time to time procure Goods and/or Services from the Supplier. When UKRI wishes to do so, the Parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to agree in good faith a call-off contract (“Contract”) in relation to those Goods and/or Services within such timeframes as are reasonable. Each Contract may be documented by a further award letter, another form of contractual document, or (in the case of simpler Contracts) the issuance by UKRI and acceptance by the Supplier of a Purchase Order.   • School Business A teacher may be granted temporary leave to conduct business for the school system at the direction of the Superintendent.

  • Historically Underutilized Businesses (“HUBs”). In accordance with state law, it is TFC’s policy to assist HUBs whenever possible to participate in providing goods and services to the agency. TFC encourages those parties with whom it contracts for the provision of goods and services to adhere to this same philosophy in selecting subcontractors to assist in fulfilling PSP’s obligations with TFC. If PSP subcontracts with others for some or all of the services to be performed under an Assignment to this Agreement, PSP shall comply with all HUB requirements pursuant to Chapter 2161 of the Texas Government Code. At or prior to the execution of an Assignment with a value that is anticipated to meet or exceed One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00), PSP must provide a completed HUB Subcontracting Plan, which shall be approved by TFC prior to execution of the Assignment. A copy of the HUB Subcontracting Form is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes as Exhibit G. PSP shall provide the HUB Program of TFC with pertinent details of any participation by a HUB in fulfilling the duties and obligations arising under an Assignment, on the HUB Subcontracting Plan Progress Assessment Report (“PAR”). A copy of the PAR Form is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes as Exhibit H.

  • DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE OR HISTORICALLY UNDERUTILIZED BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS The Engineer agrees to comply with the requirements set forth in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Subcontracting Plan Requirements with an assigned goal or a zero goal, as determined by the State.

  • Utilization of Minority Business Enterprises The Contractor shall perform under this Contract in accordance with 45 C.F.R. Part 74; and, as applicable, C.G.S. §§ 4a-60 to 4a-60a and 4a-60g to carry out this policy in the award of any subcontracts.

  • Certified and Minority Business Enterprises Reports Upon Customer request, the Contractor shall report to the requesting Customer the Contractor’s spend with certified and other minority business enterprises in the provision of commodities or services related to the Customer’s orders. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code, and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period; commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business enterprise on behalf of the Customer.

  • STUDENTS AND BUSINESS APPRENTICES A student or business apprentice who is present in a Contracting State solely for the purpose of his education or training and who is, or immediately before being so present was, a resident of the other Contracting State, shall be exempt from tax in the first-mentioned State on payments received from outside that first-mentioned State for the purposes of his maintenance, education or training.
