Common use of FLEXIBLE WORK PATTERNS Clause in Contracts

FLEXIBLE WORK PATTERNS. At the written request of an Employee, the Employer may agree to temporarily change the pattern of working hours of the Employee on the following terms: • The Employer cannot be compelled to agree to such request; • The arrangement must not change or affect any other Employee's number or pattern of working hours unless by mutual agreement between the Employees concerned; • For operational reasons, the Employer may require the Employee to revert to the original work pattern.
