Common use of Flex Week Clause in Contracts

Flex Week. a minimum of four (4) days’ notice must be given for the Flex Shift to change within the Flex Work Week. a. Changes to the Flex Shift shall not be made after the last shift worked in the week prior to the Flex Work Week. b. The LMC shall work with the third-party scheduling expert to ensure the fewest required number of Flex Weeks are scheduled per employee, while ensuring the efficient operation of the FCC.
