Typically, this clause outlines the parameters within which employees can adjust their start and end times, such as core hours when presence is mandatory or limits on total weekly hours. By formalizing these arrangements, the clause helps accommodate diverse employee needs, improve work-life balance, and increase productivity, while ensuring that business operations remain uninterrupted.
