Fleet Safety. Program All employees shall be subject to the provisions of the Fleet Safety Program attached hereto and made a part hereof as Attachment E.
Fleet Safety. Contractor shall provide vehicle and modifications designed to improve the safety of patients, firefighters and Contractor's employees. At a minimum, the following areas, or substantial equivalent, shall be addressed:
(1) Road Safety, Driver education and vehicle operations.
(2) Low Forces" driving systems.
(3) Patient and attendant restraint and injury prevention systems.
(4) Vehicle monitoring and record keeping systems
(5) Fleet maintenance procedures designed to promote and enhance safety.
Fleet Safety. The parties agree to maintain the current schedule for employees working days only in Fleet Safety as of November 21, 2019. The following scheduling regulations will apply to all other employees in Fleet Safety:
