Fleet Administration Services. Vivint will: a. exclusively coordinate with local offices where Vivint Solar operates in order to ensure Vivint Solar’s compliance with Department of Transportation requirements. b. coordinate with the Vivint Solar fleet operator to purchase vehicles for Vivint Solar offices, c. monitor the Gas Cards/Mileage of Vivint Solar’s Fleet d. coordinate with local repair shops to ensure that Vivint Solar vehicles are maintained. e. administer claims and repairs for Vivint Solar vehicle collisions and other damage. f. coordinate with the Vivint Solar local drivers to process any tickets that are issues. g. coordinate with Vivint Solar’s HR department to ensure that employees hired by Vivint Solar are qualified to operate Vivint Solar vehicles and to run background check on drivers hired by Vivint Solar. h. ensure that all vehicles in the Vivint Solar fleet are marked with the appropriate branding, wraps, Department of Transportation license plates and other accessories.
Fleet Administration Services. 4.1 DCS provides services such as information, billing, registration and other related services to the Partner. Generally, these services aim to enable the Partner to run the DCS Services. 4.2 DCS provides access to the fleet portal, which allows the Partner to manage the charging processes of the respective fleets. In particular, it enables the management of the Partner Charging Contracts, fees and invoices as well as the classification of different fleet groups. The use of the Partner Account is subject to the General Terms and Conditions for the Fleet Portal of CHARGE NOW for Business, the current version attached in Annex 2. 4.3 DCS provides access to the End User Accounts via the CHARGE NOW for Business App, which allows finding and charging electrically powered vehicles (especially cars) at Charging Stations. The app allows to find Charging Stations close to the current location or to the intended destination and provides information on the characteristics and special features of the Charging Station (e.g. plug type). It also provides authentication options at the Charging Station (e.g. by OR code scanner). The use of the End User Accounts via the CHARGE NOW for Business App is subject to the applicable General Terms and Conditions. 4.4 DCS provides support services in accordance with Clause 12 of this Agreement.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.   • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • FUND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following fund administration services for each Fund, Series and class:  Calculate Fund approved income and per share amounts required for periodic distributions to be made by the applicable Fund, Series or class;  Coordinate a Fund’s annual audit and respond timely and completely to related requests;  Cooperate with each Fund’s independent auditors;  Supply various normal and customary portfolio and Fund statistical data as requested on an ongoing basis; and  If the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of a Fund is required to provide a certification as part of the Fund’s Form N-Q or Form N-CSR filing pursuant to regulations promulgated by the SEC under Section 302 of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 2002, provide a sub-certification in support of certain matters set forth in the aforementioned certification. Such sub-certification is to be in such form and relating to such matters as reasonably agreed to by BNY Mellon in advance. BNY Mellon shall be required to provide the sub-certification only during the term of this Agreement with respect to the applicable Fund or Series and only if it receives such cooperation as it may request to perform its investigations with respect to the sub-certification. For clarity, the sub-certification is not itself a certification under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 2002 or under any other law, rule or regulation.
