FLASHINGS. 10.8.1 Flashings shall be included in the Roof Warranty and shall be applied by an Applicator approved by the Manufacturer of the roofing material. 10.8.2 In reroofing projects existing metal flashings which are not to be replaced may be exempted from the Warranty.
