Flammable Goods. Explosives or highly flammable substances may not be exhibited or brought into the Exhibition unless agreed in writing by the Organisers beforehand, but celluloid or articles mainly consisting of that material may be shown in glass showcases or otherwise protected from risk of fire in an approved manner.
