Flagpersons Sample Clauses
The Flagpersons clause establishes the requirements and responsibilities for individuals designated to direct traffic or ensure safety on a worksite. Typically, it outlines qualifications, training, and equipment necessary for flagpersons, as well as the specific situations in which they must be used, such as during road construction or when heavy machinery is operating near public areas. This clause ensures that proper safety measures are in place to protect both workers and the public by mandating the presence and proper conduct of flagpersons in potentially hazardous environments.
