Fixed Term Appointment. 4.11.1 The Board shall make available and make every effort to fill a total of 25 fixed-term appointments across the University. Fixed-term appointments shall be collectively allocated by Deans in consideration of discipline/department needs and abilities to sustain them. These appointments shall be for contract Employees who normally teach 384 or more SICH across the University annually (including the Spring semester), 144 or more of which are in the Fall semester.
