Fixed LIBOR Rate Loans. During such periods as the Loans shall be comprised in whole or in part of Fixed LIBOR Rate Loans, such Fixed LIBOR Rate Loans shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the Adjusted Fixed LIBOR Rate. Interest at the Fixed LIBOR Rate shall be computed from and including the first day of the applicable Interest Period to, but excluding, the last day thereof.
