Fixed Asset Supplies. Owner shall provide such funds as Management Company may reasonably determine to be necessary to supply the Hotel with Fixed Asset Supplies. Fixed Asset Supplies shall at all times be owned by, and be the sole property of, Owner, and Management Company shall make no claim thereto.
