Fitness for Purpose. The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Principal relies upon the skill and knowledge of the Service Provider in providing the Services. The Service Provider must ensure that all work, documents and other deliverables produced by it are reasonably suitable in all respects for the purposes required by this Agreement.
