Common use of Fiscal Reports Clause in Contracts

Fiscal Reports. If Collaborator provides funding to Leidos Biomedical under this CRADA, then concurrent with the exchange of the final research and development report, Leidos Biomedical will submit to Collaborator a statement of all costs incurred by Leidos Biomedical for the CRADA. If the CRADA has been terminated, Leidos Biomedical will specify any costs incurred before the date of termination for which Leidos Biomedical has not received funds from Collaborator, as well as for all reasonable termination costs including the cost of returning Collaborator property or removal of abandoned Collaborator property, for which Collaborator will be responsible.
