Common use of Fiscal Reports Clause in Contracts

Fiscal Reports. If Collaborator has agreed to provide funding to NCI under this CRADA and upon the request of Collaborator, then concurrent with the exchange of final Research Plan reports according to Paragraph 4.2, NCI will submit to Collaborator a statement of all costs incurred by NCI for the CRADA. If the CRADA has been terminated, NCI will specify any costs incurred before the date of termination for which NCI has not received funds from Collaborator, as well as for all reasonable termination costs including the cost of returning Collaborator property or removal of abandoned Collaborator property, for which Collaborator will be responsible.
