Common use of First Offer Space Rent Clause in Contracts

First Offer Space Rent. The “Rent,” as that term is defined in Section 4.1, below, payable by Tenant for the First Offer Space (the “First Offer Rent”) shall be equal to the “Fair Rental Value”, as defined in Section 2.2.2, below, as of the “First Offer Commencement Date,” as that term is defined in Section 1.3.5, below.

First Offer Space Rent. The “Rent,” as that term is defined in Section 4.1, below4.1 of the Office Lease, payable by Tenant for the First Offer Space (the “First Offer Rent”) shall be equal to the “Fair Rental Value”, as defined in Section 2.2.2, below, as of the “First Offer Commencement Datethen prevailing fair market rent,” as that term is defined in Section 1.3.52.2.2 of the Lease (with appropriate modifications thereto to reflect that such then prevailing fair market rent shall be applicable to the First Offer Space as opposed to the Premises), belowfor the First Offer Space.

First Offer Space Rent. The “Rent,” as that term is defined in Section 4.1, below, payable by Tenant for the First Offer Space rent (the “First Offer Rent”) shall be equal to the “Fair Rental Value”, as defined in Section 2.2.2, below, as of payable by Tenant during the “First Offer Commencement Date,Term” (as that term is defined in Section 1.3.5, 1.3.4 below) shall be equal to the annual Fair Market Value (as defined in Section 2.2.2 below) of the First Offer Space as of the First Offer Commencement Date (defined in Section 1.3.4 below).

First Offer Space Rent. The annual “Rent,” as that term is defined in Section 4.1, below4.1 of this Lease, payable by Tenant for the First Offer Space (the “First Offer Rent”) shall be equal to the “Fair Rental Value”, ,” as that term is defined in Section 2.2.22.2.2 of this Lease, belowfor the First Offer Space, as of pursuant to transactions consummated within the nine (9)-month period preceding the “First Offer Commencement Date,” as that term is defined in Section 1.3.5, below1.3.5 of this Lease.

First Offer Space Rent. The “Rent,” as that term is defined in Section 4.1, below4.1 of this Lease, payable by Tenant for the First Offer Space (the “First Offer Rent”) shall be equal to the “Fair Rental Value”, market rate rent as defined in Section 2.2.2, below, as of the “First Offer Commencement Date,” as that term is defined in Section 1.3.5, belowdetermined by Landlord.

First Offer Space Rent. First Offer Space Rent. The “Rent,” as that term is defined in Section 4.1, below, payable by Tenant for the First Offer Space (the “First Offer Rent”) shall be equal to the “Fair Rental Value”, ,” as that term is defined in Section 2.2.2, below2.2.2 of this Lease, as of the “First Offer Commencement Date,” as that term is defined in Section 1.3.51.2.5, below.

First Offer Space Rent. The “Rent,” as that term is defined in Section 4.1, below4.1 of this Lease, payable by Tenant for the First Offer Space (the “First Offer Rent”) shall be equal to the “Fair Rental Value”, market rate rent as defined determined by Landlord in Section 2.2.2, below, as of the “First Offer Commencement Date,” as that term is defined in Section 1.3.5, belowits sole and absolute discretion.

First Offer Space Rent. The “"Rent,” " (as that term is defined in Section 4.1, below), payable by Tenant for the First Offer Space (the “"First Offer Rent”") shall be equal to the “Fair Rental Value”, as defined in Section 2.2.2, below, as of the “First Offer Commencement Date,” "Market Rent" (as that term is defined in Section 1.3.52.2.2, below), for the First Offer Space.

First Offer Space Rent. The “"Rent,” " as that term is defined in Section 4.1, below4.1 of this Lease, payable by Tenant for the First Offer Space (the “"First Offer Rent”") shall be equal to the “Fair Rental Value”, as defined in Section 2.2.2, below, as of the “First Offer Commencement Date"Market Rent,” " as that term is defined in Section 1.3.52.2.2 of this Lease, belowfor the First Offer Space.

First Offer Space Rent. The “Rent,” as that term is defined in Section 4.1, below, payable by Tenant for the First Offer Space (the “First Offer Rent”) shall be equal to the “Fair Rental Value”, as defined in Section 2.2.2, below, as of the “First Offer Commencement Date,” as that term is defined in Section 1.3.5, below. Tenant may also utilize the arbitration process in Section 2.2.3 to determine the First Offer Rent.

First Offer Space Rent. The “Rent,” as that term is defined Subject to the terms set forth in Section 4.11.3.1, belowabove, the rent payable by Tenant for the First Offer Space (the “First Offer Rent”) shall be equal to the “Fair Rental Value”, as defined in Section 2.2.2, below, as of the “First Offer Commencement DateMarket Rent,” as that such term is defined in Section 1.3.52.3.2, below.
