Common use of First Commercial Sale Clause in Contracts

First Commercial Sale. Licensee agrees to have Licensed Product available for commercial use or sale no later than . Upon the First Commercial Sale of the Licensed Product, until the expiration of this Agreement, Licensee must continue to use its reasonable best efforts to keep Licensed Product reasonably accessible to the public.
