FIRST ANNIVERSARY INCREASE. 1. Newly hired clerical employees whose rates do not exceed the hiring range maximum for their present grade will receive an increase equal to 2.0% of their hourly rate in the first full pay period following the one year anniversary of their hire date. 2. Service/maintenance employees may be advanced to Step 2 after successfully completing their probationary period.
