Common use of First Amendment Clause in Contracts

First Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this First Amendment, duly executed and delivered by the Borrower, the Required Lenders and the Administrative Agent.

First Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of (i) this First Amendment, duly executed and delivered by the Administrative Agent, Holdings and the Borrower, and (ii) consent letters from Lenders sufficient to authorize the Required Lenders and amendments to the Administrative AgentCredit Agreement effected by this First Amendment.

The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this First Amendment, duly executed and delivered by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower, each Subsidiary Borrower, each Lender with a Tranche A Term Commitment, each Lender with a Tranche B Term Commitment and the Required Lenders and the Administrative AgentLenders.
