FIRM’S OBLIGATIONS. 4. Firm and Salesperson Party shall comply with the MLS-SOMO Policies at all times. In the event of any perceived conflict between the MLS-SOMO Policies and this Agreement, the MLS-SOMO Policies shall govern.
