Firm Prices. a. Prices quoted in the bid / agreed during negotiation must be firm and final and shall not be subject to any modifications, on any account whatsoever. The bid prices shall be indicated in Indian Rupees (INR) only. b. Prices in any form or by any reason before opening the Financial Bid should not be revealed, failing which the offer shall be liable for rejection.
