Firm Prices. The bidder warrants that prices, terms, and conditions quoted in its bid will be firm for acceptance for a period of not less than 90 days from the bid opening date unless otherwise specified in the IFB. Such prices will remain firm for the period of performance of the Contract.

Firm Prices. The bidder/proposer warrants that prices, terms, and conditions quoted in its response will be firm throughout the duration of the contract unless otherwise specified in the Formal Solicitation. Such prices will remain firm for the period of performance or resulting purchase orders or contracts, which are to be performed or supplied over a period of time.

Firm Prices. All prices shall be F.O.B. to the Black Hawk College job site location, freight prepaid. Prices submitted on this document should be considered firm for the term of the agreement. Prices are to be inclusive of all fees, including but not limited to travel, fuel, vehicle fees, environmental/disposal fees, etc.

Bids having statements subject to unlimited price increase and/or addressing unknown charges above and beyond the unit prices quoted to Rio Grande City will not be considered and shall be looked upon as non-responsive. Bids submitted on the basis of “prices in effect at time of shipment, or with the potential of added costs based on market fluctuations and/or trends shall not be considered and shall be looked upon as non- responsive.

Firm Prices. Prices are fixed for the Term of this Agreement except as amended in accordance with Attachment A. Except where expressly specified otherwise in Attachment A, the Prices include all costs relating to the supply of the Products including, but not limited to, insurance (except as otherwise provided in Attachment C), and packaging costs. GEHC shall not be obliged to reimburse the Supplier for any Additional Charges or any other costs relating to the supply of the Products that are not specified in Attachment A or otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties. In no event shall the Prices be increased by the Supplier without the express written consent of GEHC, except as set forth in Exhibit A, in which case no consent shall be required.

Firm Prices a. Prices quoted in the bid / agreed during negotiation must be firm and final and shall not be subject to any modifications, on any account whatsoever. The bid prices shall be indicated in Indian Rupees (INR) only. b. Prices in any form or by any reason before opening the Financial Bid should not be revealed, failing which the offer shall be liable for rejection.

Firm Prices. Proposers must hold Proposal prices Service Provider for 90 days after the Proposal opening date to allow the City sufficient time to award a contract. Once a Contract is awarded, the successful proposer must hold Proposal prices Service Provider for the duration of the Contract.

Firm Prices. The rates for food and beverages etc. as given in this tender will be firm during the period of the contract.

Firm Prices. The Bidder shall quote a fixed price for the goods inclusive of sixty months comprehensive onsite warranty as detailed in the RFP on a single responsibility basis. UPLC reserves the right to procure the goods and sixty months for comprehensive warranty listed in this RFP in whole or in part. No adjustment of the Agreement price shall be made on account of any variations in costs of labor, raw material and supplier materials or any other cost component affecting the total cost in fulfilling the obligations under the Agreement. The payment based on commercial proposal of the Bidder shall be the only payment, payable by U.P Electronics Corporation Limited / High Court, to the selected Bidder for completion of the contractual obligations by the selected Bidder under the Agreement, subject to the terms of payment specified in the Agreement. The price would be inclusive of all taxes, duties, charges and levies as applicable.
