FIRM PRICES. The bidder/proposer warrants that prices, terms, and conditions quoted in its response will be firm throughout the duration of the contract unless otherwise specified in the Formal Solicitation. Such prices will remain firm for the period of performance or resulting purchase orders or contracts, which are to be performed or supplied over a period of time.
FIRM PRICES. 21. The bidder warrants that prices, terms, and conditions quoted in its bid will be firm for acceptance for a period of not less than 90 days from the bid opening date unless otherwise specified in the IFB. FIRM PRICES. Vendor warrants that the Unit Prices shall remain firm for the initial Twelve-Month Period (as defined below).
FIRM PRICES. Unit prices for all items bid must be firm on bid opening date and continue to remain firm for the duration of the contract term. Bidders must make allowances for any and all peripheral costs associated with the Work. These allowances must be reflected in the unit prices bid per Work rendered. Bids having statements subject to unlimited price increase and/or addressing unknown charges above and beyond the unit prices quoted to Rio Grande City will not be considered and shall be looked upon as non-responsive. Bids submitted on the basis of “prices in effect at time of shipment, or with the potential of added costs based on market fluctuations and/or trends shall not be considered and shall be looked upon as non- responsive.
FIRM PRICES. All prices shall be F.O.B. to the Black Hawk College job site location, freight prepaid. Prices submitted on this document should be considered firm for the term of the agreement. Prices are to be inclusive of all fees, including but not limited to travel, fuel, vehicle fees, environmental/disposal fees, etc.
FIRM PRICES. Prices are fixed for the Term of this Agreement except as amended in accordance with Attachment A. Except where expressly specified otherwise in Attachment A, the Prices include all costs relating to the supply of the Products including, but not limited to, insurance (except as otherwise provided in Attachment C), and packaging costs. GEHC shall not be obliged to reimburse the Supplier for any Additional Charges or any other costs relating to the supply of the Products that are not specified in Attachment A or otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties. In no event shall the Prices be increased by the Supplier without the express written consent of GEHC, except as set forth in Exhibit A, in which case no consent shall be required.
FIRM PRICES. Bidders must hold bid prices firm for 90 days after the bid opening date to allow the City sufficient time to award a contract. Once a Contract is awarded, the successful bidder must hold bid prices firm for the duration of the Contract.
FIRM PRICES. The quoted price shall remain firm and fixed till the completion of work except for the statutory variations of GST. 7.0
FIRM PRICES. The quoted rates must be valid for a period for 24 months from the date agreement. The overall offer for the assignment and bidder(s) quoted price shall remain unchanged during the period of validity. If the bidder quoted the validity shorter than the required period, the same will be treated as unresponsive and it may be rejected
FIRM PRICES. The participating Members anticipate the likelihood of a long term relationship resulting from the adoption of a comprehensive background check strategy. As budgets have declined for administrative purposes over the past decade, the participating Members cannot fund increased administrative costs. The prices proposed by the awarded Supplier must remain fixed (or lowered) for the duration of the agreement, including any extensions of the agreement. Pricing shall be consistent among all Members under this Agreement resulting from this RFP. All of the Services are for sources inside the United States unless the price list specifically identifies a jurisdiction outside the United States. Prices for International searches are specifically indicated in the attached list, but are subject to the country’s fees at time of request. In addition to the prices authorized under this agreement, the Member shall pay Supplier amounts that allow Supplier to recover all fees that third−party information sources charge Supplier for access to information needed to perform the Services (such as county court fees, state driver record fees, employer clearinghouse fees, and educational institution fees).
