FIRM PRICES. The bidder/proposer warrants that prices, terms, and conditions quoted in its response will be firm throughout the duration of the contract unless otherwise specified in the Formal Solicitation. Such prices will remain firm for the period of performance or resulting purchase orders or contracts, which are to be performed or supplied over a period of time.

FIRM PRICES. The participating Members anticipate the likelihood of a long term relationship resulting from the adoption of a comprehensive background check strategy. As budgets have declined for administrative purposes over the past decade, the participating Members cannot fund increased administrative costs. The prices proposed by the awarded Supplier must remain fixed (or lowered) for the duration of the agreement, including any extensions of the agreement. Pricing shall be consistent among all Members under this Agreement resulting from this RFP. All of the Services are for sources inside the United States unless the price list specifically identifies a jurisdiction outside the United States. Prices for International searches are specifically indicated in the attached list, but are subject to the country’s fees at time of request. In addition to the prices authorized under this agreement, the Member shall pay Supplier amounts that allow Supplier to recover all fees that third−party information sources charge Supplier for access to information needed to perform the Services (such as county court fees, state driver record fees, employer clearinghouse fees, and educational institution fees).
