Firm Administrator. The Law Firm’s access to Verus Online shall be managed by an authorized principal, employee, or agent of the Law Firm whom the Law Firm designates in writing to serve as the “Firm Administrator.” The Firm Administrator need not be an attorney. The Firm Administrator shall be permitted to identify additional persons under the Law Firm’s employ, management, or control who, along with the Firm Administrator, shall be authorized to access Verus Online on the Law Firm’s behalf (together with the Firm Administrator, the “Law Firm Users”). Some Law Firm Users may be limited in the functions they can perform on Verus Online, and the Firm Administrator will have the power to designate the level of authority that each of the Law Firm Users will have for Verus Online. The Law Firm will remain responsible for oversight and supervision of the persons authorized to access Verus Online, and the Law Firm will at all times remain responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted and for the violation of any provision of this Agreement by any of the Law Firm Users.

Law Firm Users may not share their passwords with others, and the Law Firm shall keep all user names and passwords confidential and shall not permit any person to use a Verus Online password that is not assigned to that person. Verus will limit each Law Firm User’s access to Verus Online based upon the level of authority specified by the Firm Administrator. Verus may deny any Law Firm User access to Verus Online following failed log-ins. Xxxxx also retains the right to temporarily deny Law Firm Users access to Verus Online for any reason, including, but not limited to, system resources, bandwidth constraints, fraud, or security concerns; but Verus shall not be responsible for any failure on its part to deny access to Verus Online to any user.
Firm Administrator. The Law Firm’s access to the MFR Online Filing System shall be managed by an authorized principal, employee, or agent of the Law Firm whom the Law Firm designates in writing to serve as the “Firm Administrator.” The Firm Administrator need not be an attorney. The Firm Administrator shall be permitted to identify additional persons under the Law Firm’s employ, management, or control who, along with the Firm Administrator, shall be authorized to access the MFR Online Filing System on the Law Firm’s behalf using the User Name and Password (together with the Firm Administrator, the “Law Firm Users”). The Law Firm shall be responsible for maintaining the security of the User Name and Password and for oversight and supervision of the persons who access the MFR Online Filing System using the User Name and Password. The Law Firm will at all times remain responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted and for the violation of any provision of this Agreement by any of the Law Firm Users.

Firm Administrator. The Primary Counsel’s access to Silica Online will be managed by an individual under the Primary Counsel’s employ, management or control whom the Primary Counsel identifies to serve as the Firm Administrator on the Primary Counsel’s behalf. The Primary Counsel must be a licensed, practicing attorney who is partner or other principal in the law firm on whose behalf he or she executes this Agreement. The Firm Administrator, however, need not be an attorney. A Firm Administrator will be permitted to identify additional individuals under the Primary Counsel’s employ, management or control as authorized to access Silica Online on the Primary Counsel’s behalf. Some Silica Online users will be limited in the functions they can perform on the system; a Firm Administrator will have the power to designate the level of authority which each of the Primary Counsel’s other Silica Online users will have on the system. At all times the Primary Counsel and the Firm Administrator will remain responsible for oversight and supervision of the additional individuals authorized to access the system, and will at all times remain responsible for the accuracy and non-fraudulent nature of the information submitted.

  • Claims Administrator A. The Human Resources Director through his/her designated Claims Administrators shall administer the provision of this policy. The City Physician shall provide the City's Claims Administrators with all available medical information concerning the Employee's injury and/or medical opinions as requested. Questions of Employee eligibility shall be determined by the provisions established under State Statute 49-110, 49-111 and Oklahoma Worker's Compensation Title 85. Prior to any denial of injury leave benefits where lost time actually occurred, the administrator shall notify Union and allow a Union representative the opportunity to review the application pending denial and provide any additional information relating to same as may be necessary. Should the City change designated Claims Administrators Local 176 will be notified in writing.

  • Selection of Administrator The Parties have jointly selected CPT Group, Inc. to serve as the Administrator and verified that, as a condition of appointment, CPT Group, Inc. agrees to be bound by this Agreement and to perform, as a fiduciary, all duties specified in this Agreement in exchange for payment of Administration Expenses.   • Contract Administrators The Architectural Designer and the School District shall each designate a qualified Contract Administrator prior to the Architectural Designer’s commencement of the Services. The Contract Administrators shall be in charge of the work covered by this Contract and the principal points of contact with respect to administration of this Contract and the parties’ overall relationship, and resolution of disputes arising hereunder. Either party may designate a successor Contract Administrator at any time by giving notice to the other party.
