Common use of Fireworks Clause in Contracts

Fireworks. 20.1 In case the agreement (also) involves the letting off of fireworks, it’s possible that (other than stated in article 11.1.2) as part of the agreement Commissionee will apply on behalf of Principal for lawfully required licenses or permits. This is fully under the responsibility of the Principal and the Principal will be charged in full for the application costs. 20.2 If a show cannot actually take place because of the lack of necessary licenses or permits, this will be fully the responsibility of the Principal and will be seen as termination of the contract, as described in article 3.10 and 3.11 and compensation will be charged.
