Common use of Firearms/Weapons Clause in Contracts

Firearms/Weapons. The possession or use of rifles, shotguns, firearms, ammunition, gunpowder, fireworks, numb chucks, air rifles, knives, BB guns, air pistols, bows and arrows, dart guns, paintball guns, stun guns, look-alike weapons, tasers, and any other items commonly or potentially used as a weapon are prohibited including any items listed in the PA Crimes Code C.S. 908, and may be cause for immediate removal from housing. All weapons or look-alike weapons must be stored at the University Police Office.
