The box shall be red and marked "Fire Tools" in letters at least 1 inch high. It shall contain a minimum of: (a) Two axes or Pulaskis with a 32 inch handle. (b) Three adze eye hoes. One Pulaski may be substituted for one adze eye hoe. (c) Three long handled, round point shovels, size 0 or larger.
