Fines. (a) Any fines, penalties or other costs incurred by either Party or such Party’s agents, employees or subcontractors for non-compliance by such Party, its agents, employees or subcontractors with the requirements of any Laws or Governmental Approvals shall not be reimbursed by the other Party but shall be the sole responsibility of such non-complying Party.
