Common use of Fines and Legal Costs Clause in Contracts

Fines and Legal Costs. The Employer shall pay all fines and/or legal costs assessed against any of its employees covered by the Certificate of Bargaining Authority when such fines and/or legal costs are incurred in the performance of work on behalf of the Employer. The Employer further agrees that the wages of its employees shall continue to be paid in full where any employee is imprisoned resulting from the performance of work on behalf of the Employer.
