Financing and Reporting. Within six months of the contract start date, with inputs from the Ministry of Health, the NPC and other implementing agencies, deliver a report of the inception period against the inception work plan and a detailed work plan for the subsequent phase, with time-bound deliverables identifying:  The proposed programme of work in each of the key areas and the rationale and who will be responsible for implementation;  Key performance indicators and milestones which will be reflected in the logframe;  The management structure for delivery of the programme and of the technical assistance and other inputs;  Work plan and budget for the remainder of year 1 and indicative work plan for Years 2, 3 and 4.
