Financial Statement. The DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER shall, within ten (10) days after requested by the TOLLWAY, furnish the TOLLWAY with a current statement of the financial condition of the DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER and any other financial information requested by the TOLLWAY.
