FINANCIAL AID. When any excess funds from financial aid become available they will be directly deposited to other charges which appear on the bank checking account of my fee xxxx during the academic yearchoice. I will receive email notification when my eRefund has been processed. If I choose not to participate in eRefund a paper check will be processed for any excess financial aid. I understand that aid described as “estimated” on my Financial Aid Award does not represent actual or guaranteed payment, but is an estimate of the aid I may receive if I meet all requirements stipulated by the relevant that aid program. If I understand that my eligibility for Financial Aid Award is contingent upon my continued enrollment and attendance in each class upon which my financial aid changes for eligibility was calculated. If I drop any reasonclass before completion, I understand that my financial aid eligibility may decrease and some or all of the financial aid awarded to me may be revoked. If some or all of my financial aid is revoked because I will be responsible for any charges on dropped or failed to attend class, I agree to repay all revoked aid that was disbursed to my account and resulted in a credit balance that were previously covered by financial aid and that I will be responsible for repaying to the lender any credit balances that were was refunded to me. I understand and agree that the federal to allow financial aid I receive to pay any and all charges assessed to my account at Southwestern University such as tuition, fees, campus housing and meal plans, student health insurance, parking permits, service fees, fines, bookstore charges, or any other amount, in accordance with the terms of the aid. Federal Aid: I understand that any federal Title IV financial aid that I receive, except for Federal Work Study wages, will first be applied by the University to any outstanding balance on my account for the payment of mandatory tuition, fees, and fees for tuition and room and board. Title IV financial aid includes aid from the Federal Pell Grant, which Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG), Federal Direct Loan Xxxxxxxx Loan (Subsidized or Unsubsidized), and Federal PLUS Loan programs. I owe the Universityauthorize Southwestern University to apply my Title IV financial aid to other charges assessed to my student account such as student health insurance, parking permits, bookstore charges, service fees and fines, and any other education related charges. I further understand that my receipt of a prize, award, scholarship or grant is considered a financial resource under federal Title IV financial aid regulationssemester, and that I may therefore reduce my eligibility for other federal and/or state financial aid (i.e., loans, grants, Federal Work Study) which, if already disbursed withdraw it at any time by sending a written notice to my student account, may have to be reversed and returned to the aid source.
