Common use of Financial Adversity Clause in Contracts

Financial Adversity. If, during the life of the Agreement, the Ecology Center is seriously and adversely affected by change in the City of Berkeley contracts, competition by private or municipal recycling efforts, or other financial difficulty, the Union agrees to meet with the Ecology Center to discuss ways in which such financial adversity can be met and what modifications and deferrals shall be made, subject to mutual agreement.
