Common use of Financed Eligible Loans Clause in Contracts

Financed Eligible Loans. The Authority expects to pledge Eligible Loans to the Trustee, in accordance with this Indenture, which Eligible Loans, upon becoming subject to the lien of this Indenture, constitute Financed Eligible Loans, as defined herein. If for any reason a Financed Eligible Loan does not constitute an Eligible Loan, or ceases to constitute an Eligible Loan, such loan shall continue to be subject to the lien of this Indenture as a Financed Eligible Loan.
