Finality of Award. (i) The Award shall be final and binding upon the Parties as from the date rendered, and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy between the Parties regarding any Disputes submitted to the Tribunal. Judgment upon any Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
